Be it a birthday party, baby shower,

bridal shower or simply just to celebrate,

Ayos can help you plan for a successful event!

To simplify the planning process, we’ve come up with the three main levels to accommodate your needs.

1. Planning- Developing a plan for the event.

Planning is designed to get you started with brainstorming logistics, your goals for the event and any special touches you want to add. We will help you come up with a ‘game plan’ or ’scheme’ for your event.

2. Preparation- Planning in action.

Preparation is the setting up and actual preparation for the event such as setting up tables, decorating, finding caterers/food arrangements, etc.

3. Partying- Hosting or assisting at the day of the event.

For bigger events, you might need an extra hand to help you host your occasion. You can choose to have us host your event or assist you to make your event run more smoothly. This relieves you of all the stress associated with planning and hosting.

We are here to help you, whether you just need help in the early stages of planning (1. Planning), just hosting (3. Partying) or the whole package, we are flexible!

Event Planning services is $50/hour.
